I just wanted to say how awesome Frankie Newman and James Armbruster are! Both of them are just as polite as they can be and always have a smile on their faces. I have never dealt with individuals so eager to please. They ALWAYS ask if we have everything we need and take care of it if we don’t. James even helps move other shipments around if necessary to make sure Baxter supplies are in the building!
